12 - Grab 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

13 - 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C. Coat the loaf pan (23 x 13 cm) with some nonstick spray so your bread pops right out later.
02 - Mix the brown sugar with cinnamon in a little bowl and leave it aside. Toss your apple bits with 2 spoonfuls of sugar and let those hang out too.
03 - With a big bowl, whip the soft butter with your main sugar till fluffy. Crack in eggs one by one, mixing each in real good. Pour in the vanilla, stir it around.
04 - Use another bowl for your flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Just stir until it's all together.
05 - Add a bit of the dry mix to the butter bowl, then some milk, and go back and forth like that. Make sure to start and end with the dry stuff. Don’t overmix; just get it blended.
06 - Scoop half your batter into the pan. Drop on half the cinnamon sugar, then half those sugared apples. Do it again with what's left—batter, cinnamon mix, apples.
07 - Pop your pan in the hot oven. Bake 50–60 minutes. Poke it with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s done.
08 - Let the baked bread sit in the pan for 10 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool totally. Stir powdered sugar with 1–3 spoons of milk. Drizzle the sweet mix over once the loaf isn’t warm anymore.
09 - Cut a slice and enjoy it as something sweet whenever you want.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Wait until your loaf isn’t warm at all before you pour on the glaze or it'll just melt away.
