Once they're cool, move your crackers to some closed container or serving plate. They’re great for munching or sharing with buddies.
02 -
Pull your baking tray out and just leave the crackers alone for a few minutes. Giving them a break helps them crisp up and lock in all that tasty flavor.
03 -
Pop the tray in for 15 to 20 minutes. Halfway in, give the crackers a quick stir so they get crunchy all over. Don’t let them get too dark.
04 -
Lay out some parchment on your baking sheet. Spread the coated crackers in one layer. Make sure they’re not stacked so they stay lovely and crisp.
05 -
Drop in the saltines and carefully toss so everything gets a good flavorful covering. Try not to smash them up.
06 -
Grab a big bowl, pour in the oil, toss in your garlic and onion powders, pepper, ranch, and red pepper. Mix until everything’s looking nice and even.
07 -
Crank your oven up to 120°C. Keep it a bit lower so the crackers soak up tons of flavor and bake evenly.
