Pull the steaks from the air fryer, put them on a plate, and let them sit for about 5 to 10 minutes. Slap on a scoop of the garlic butter and dig in.

While the steaks are cooking, toss the soft butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl and smoosh them together.

Pop the steaks in the air fryer basket in one layer. Cook ’em for 10 minutes if you like medium-rare, 12 for medium, and 14 if you want it medium-well. Go by how cooked you like it.

Massage the steaks with canola oil, then sprinkle them all over with salt and pepper. Make sure they’re well-coated.

Turn on your air fryer to 400°F. Let it warm up for about 5 to 10 minutes before you do anything else.

Let the steak sit on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes so it loses the chill. If you want, cut off any extra fat now.
