Steak Garlic Butter Air Fryer (Printable Version)

Crispy-edged striploin steak finished with a hit of garlic butter—fast, juicy, and just right for busy nights.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Steak

01 - Black pepper, as much as you'd like
02 - Salt, as needed
03 - 1 tbsp canola oil
04 - 2 striploin steaks, each about an inch thick

→ Garlic Butter

05 - 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1 clove garlic, minced super fine
07 - 2 tbsp salted butter, nice and soft

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Pull the steaks from the air fryer, put them on a plate, and let them sit for about 5 to 10 minutes. Slap on a scoop of the garlic butter and dig in.
02 - While the steaks are cooking, toss the soft butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl and smoosh them together.
03 - Pop the steaks in the air fryer basket in one layer. Cook ’em for 10 minutes if you like medium-rare, 12 for medium, and 14 if you want it medium-well. Go by how cooked you like it.
04 - Massage the steaks with canola oil, then sprinkle them all over with salt and pepper. Make sure they’re well-coated.
05 - Turn on your air fryer to 400°F. Let it warm up for about 5 to 10 minutes before you do anything else.
06 - Let the steak sit on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes so it loses the chill. If you want, cut off any extra fat now.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Change up the cook time if your steaks are thicker or thinner, or if you like them more or less done.
02 - Stick a meat thermometer into the steak to check the inside—it really helps you nail the doneness you want.
03 - Mix in a bit of fresh rosemary or thyme if you want to bump up the flavor of the garlic butter.
