# Ingredients Required:

01 - 680 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - Olive oil spray, for coating
07 - Drizzle of olive oil for rubbing

08 - 100 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 100 grams panko breadcrumbs

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels to ensure the coating adheres properly and achieves optimal crispiness.
02 - In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and a small drizzle of olive oil. Rub the mixture evenly over all surfaces of each chicken breast.
03 - Mix freshly grated Parmesan cheese with panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl until well blended.
04 - Dip each seasoned chicken breast into the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to ensure an even and thorough coating on all sides.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for approximately 3 minutes before cooking.
06 - Place breaded chicken breasts in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray. Cook at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
07 - Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute before serving.
