# Ingredients Required:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 240 grams all-purpose flour
02 - 2.5 grams baking powder
03 - 2.5 grams salt
04 - 5 grams garlic powder
05 - 0.5 grams red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 180 grams plain Greek yogurt
07 - 30 milliliters olive oil
08 - 30 grams butter, melted

→ Fresh Aromatics

09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 15 grams fresh parsley, chopped

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using until evenly distributed.
02 - Add the plain Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
03 - Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 to 4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a flat round approximately 6 millimeters thick.
05 - Set the air fryer to 175°C and allow it to preheat thoroughly.
06 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley, mixing well.
07 - Brush one side of each flatbread evenly with the garlic oil mixture.
08 - Place the flatbreads garlic-side-up in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
09 - Immediately after removing from the air fryer, brush the flatbreads with melted butter.
10 - Serve warm to enjoy the rich garlic flavor.
