01 - 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken legs (approximately 1 kg)

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
03 - 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika, sweet or smoked (3 g)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (1.5 g)
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (0.5 g)
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (0.5 g)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine salt, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, and black pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
02 - Preheat air fryer to 204°C according to manufacturer's instructions.
03 - Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
04 - Place chicken legs in a bowl or resealable bag, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly; then sprinkle the prepared spice blend over and toss again to ensure uniform coverage.
05 - Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
06 - Air fry the chicken legs for 10 minutes; flip them over and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C when checked at the thickest part without touching bone.
07 - Transfer chicken legs to a plate and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving hot.
