Switch the air fryer on to 380°F (193°C). Give the basket a quick spray with non-stick spray.

Toss apple chunks in a mixing bowl with melted coconut oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Make sure every piece gets coated.

Pour the coated apples into the warmed air fryer basket. Spread them out so they aren’t piling up.

Let apples cook for around 10 to 14 minutes. Give the basket a good shake about halfway through. You want them just golden and tender but a little crisp on the outside.

Pull apples out of the air fryer and while they’re hot, stir in the last tablespoon of maple syrup. Enjoy warm!
