Maple Air Fryer Apples (Printable Version)

Quick air-fried apples kissed with maple for a fast, good-for-you treat or snack whenever you want.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 crisp red apples (like Gala, Honeycrisp, or Pink Lady), peeled, cored, and chopped into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
03 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
04 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup, keep half aside

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Switch the air fryer on to 380°F (193°C). Give the basket a quick spray with non-stick spray.
02 - Toss apple chunks in a mixing bowl with melted coconut oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Make sure every piece gets coated.
03 - Pour the coated apples into the warmed air fryer basket. Spread them out so they aren’t piling up.
04 - Let apples cook for around 10 to 14 minutes. Give the basket a good shake about halfway through. You want them just golden and tender but a little crisp on the outside.
05 - Pull apples out of the air fryer and while they’re hot, stir in the last tablespoon of maple syrup. Enjoy warm!

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - You might need a shorter or longer cook if your air fryer heats up differently. Keep an eye for your favorite texture.
02 - Craving more flavor? Try a dash of cardamom or nutmeg along with the cinnamon.
