In a bowl that works in the microwave, mix soy sauce, orange marmalade, and barbecue sauce until smooth-ish.

Put the sauce in the microwave and cook on high for 45 seconds. Stir it really well so it’s as smooth as possible but expect small bits of orange peel.

Pour the heated sauce over the cooked nuggets and stir gently so every piece gets covered.

Dish out the sticky nuggets right away. If you want, you can add them on steamed rice.
