01 -
Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C). Put parchment on a baking tray or just grease it lightly.
02 -
Pop open the biscuit can and split the 8 pieces. Cut each one in half so you've got 16 bits. Push each bit flat to make a 3-inch circle.
03 -
Put one mozzarella chunk and 2 pepperoni rounds right in the middle of each flat dough circle.
04 -
Pull the dough edges up over your stuffing and press tight to close it up. Roll it in your hands to make a nice ball. Set them down with the sealed part underneath, keeping them about 2 inches from each other.
05 -
Grab a small bowl and mix your melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this all over your dough balls. Throw some Parmesan on top.
06 -
Stick them in your hot oven for about 12-15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
07 -
Let them sit for 5 minutes after baking. Serve them while they're still warm with some marinara sauce on the side.
