Cheesy Wonton Sticks (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 6 string cheeses, sliced into 3 chunks each
02 - 18 wonton skins
03 - Water for sticking edges
04 - Oil for deep frying

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice each string cheese into three even chunks, giving you 18 cheese pieces total.
02 - Put a cheese chunk at one edge of a wonton skin. Roll halfway, tuck in the sides, wet the far edge with water, and finish rolling snugly. Do this for all cheese pieces.
03 - Warm oil on medium until it's hot enough. Drop in 4-5 cheese sticks at once, letting them fry for roughly a minute until they turn golden.
04 - Let sticks rest on paper towels to soak up extra oil, add a pinch of salt if you want, and enjoy them hot with some pizza sauce on the side.
