# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Non-stick spray
02 - 8 oz soft cheese spread
03 - 1 cup tangy cream
04 - 30 oz mashed pinto beans
05 - 4.5 oz diced green peppers, drained and patted dry
06 - 1 oz spicy taco mix (roughly 3 tablespoons)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon smoky paprika
09 - 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper powder
10 - 1/4 teaspoon dried onion seasoning
11 - 1/8 teaspoon spicy red pepper
12 - 16 oz grated Southwestern cheese blend (about 4 cups)
13 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
14 - Corn chips for dipping

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 13- x 9-inch baking dish lightly with non-stick spray.
02 - Put soft cheese and tangy cream in a big microwave-safe container on HIGH till the cheese gets soft, around 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir together till it's smooth.
03 - Add the mashed beans, green peppers, taco mix, sea salt, smoky paprika, hot pepper powder, dried onion seasoning, spicy red pepper, and 2 cups of the grated cheese to your cheese blend. Stir everything together well.
04 - Dump the whole mix into your sprayed dish and smooth it flat. Sprinkle the other 2 cups of grated cheese on top.
05 - Cook in your hot oven till the cheese gets all melty, about 25 minutes. Take it out and scatter green onions on top. Serve it hot with corn chips.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Make sure you drain those green peppers really well so your dip doesn't get watery.
