Fruity Cream Cheese Rolls (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
02 - 100 grams white sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon squeeze
04 - 1 pound strawberries, cleaned, tops removed, chopped small

→ Wraps

05 - 12 wrappers for egg rolls
06 - Water, to stick edges together

→ Topping

07 - Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

# How to Make It:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and throw in cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice. Beat everything with your hand mixer at medium until it's nice and smooth. Gently mix in your chopped strawberries.
02 - Lay a wrapper flat on your counter. Drop 2-3 tablespoons of your strawberry cream cheese mix right in the middle. Dab water around all the edges.
03 - Take the bottom tip and fold it over your filling. Give it one roll to cover the mix. Now bring in both side corners toward the middle and keep rolling. Add extra water on the edges if they won't stick.
04 - Coat the outside of your rolls with a bit of cooking oil using a brush or spray.
05 - Heat your air fryer to 400°F and put your rolls in. Cook about 4-5 minutes, turning them over halfway, until they're golden brown. Work in batches if you can't fit them all.
06 - Let your rolls cool down on a plate. Shake some powdered sugar on top before you serve them.
