01 -
Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly.
02 -
Use a large skillet on medium heat to cook the Italian sausage until it's brown and fully done, breaking it apart as you go. Drain off extra fat if needed.
03 -
Mix the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into your cooked sausage. Stir it well and put it aside.
04 -
Put a small amount of Alfredo sauce across the bottom of your greased baking dish.
05 -
Place half of your ravioli in one layer over the sauce.
06 -
Add half the cooked sausage, half the spinach, and a third of your remaining Alfredo sauce. Scatter 1/2 cup mozzarella on top.
07 -
Do it again with the rest of the ravioli, sausage, spinach, and another third of the Alfredo sauce.
08 -
Pour what's left of your Alfredo sauce on top. Sprinkle all the remaining mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese over everything.
09 -
Cover with foil and cook for 25 minutes. Then take the foil off and cook another 10-15 minutes until the cheese gets bubbly and golden.
10 -
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before you dish it up. Add fresh herbs and red pepper flakes if you want.
