Cheesy Onion Crisps (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 ounces grated parmesan cheese
02 - 1 medium yellow onion
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
06 - 1/2 tablespoon light olive oil or non-stick spray

# How to Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400°F and put some parchment paper on a baking tray.
02 - Cut the onion into rings about 1/4-inch thick. Scatter half your parmesan across the baking sheet, then arrange the onion rings on top in one layer.
03 - Dust your spices all over the onion rings, then lightly coat them with oil. Sprinkle the leftover parmesan on everything and bake for 15-20 minutes until they're crispy and golden.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Always go with parchment paper to keep things from sticking to your baking sheet. It makes a huge difference for this dish.
02 - You'll need 1-2 big onions, or if they're smaller, grab 3 of them.
03 - After they've cooled down a bit, a pizza cutter works wonders for separating the chips. So much quicker than a knife!
