# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 pasta sheets for lasagna
02 - 1 lb minced beef
03 - 8 strips bacon, fried and broken up
04 - 1 small onion, chopped finely
05 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed
06 - 2 cups grated mozzarella
07 - 1 cup grated cheddar
08 - 1 ½ cups whipping cream
09 - ¾ cup grated Parmesan
10 - 1 tsp table salt
11 - ½ tsp ground pepper
12 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter
13 - 1 tsp dried herbs mix

# How to Make It:

01 - Boil pasta sheets as the box says, drain them, and put aside.
02 - Melt butter in a big pan on medium heat, then cook onion and garlic till they're soft.
03 - Throw in minced beef, cook till it's no longer pink. Pour off any extra fat.
04 - Mix in dried herbs, salt, and pepper with the meat.
05 - In a pot on low heat, stir together whipping cream, Parmesan, and cheddar until they've melted into a smooth sauce.
06 - In a deep oven dish, put down pasta sheets, then meat mix, bacon bits, mozzarella, and pour some creamy sauce.
07 - Keep adding layers until you've used everything up, with mozzarella as the final topping.
08 - Cover with aluminum foil and pop in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.
09 - Take off the foil and cook another 15-20 minutes until the cheese turns golden.
10 - Let it sit for 10 minutes before you cut into it and serve.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want it super creamy? Stick some ricotta between the layers.
02 - Ground turkey works great if you're watching your fat intake.
03 - Store-bought bacon pieces can save you time instead of cooking bacon.
