Put bread slices in one layer inside a buttered 9×13 inch baking dish.

Combine eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and stir well. Drizzle over bread so every slice gets wet. Wrap and stick in the fridge all night.

In the morning, warm your oven to 175°C (350°F). Mix butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a pot until they form a smooth liquid.

Drizzle your sweet caramel mix on top of the soaked bread. Pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes until it rises and the caramel gets bubbly.
