# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch thick slices
02 - 5 large eggs
03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 1 cup whole milk
05 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Caramel Topping

09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
10 - 1 cup brown sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons corn syrup

# How to Make It:

01 - Put bread slices in one layer inside a buttered 9×13 inch baking dish.
02 - Combine eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and stir well. Drizzle over bread so every slice gets wet. Wrap and stick in the fridge all night.
03 - In the morning, warm your oven to 175°C (350°F). Mix butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a pot until they form a smooth liquid.
04 - Drizzle your sweet caramel mix on top of the soaked bread. Pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes until it rises and the caramel gets bubbly.
05 - Eat while warm with whatever toppings you like.
