Oreo Molten Dessert (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Cake

01 - 1 cup chopped semisweet chocolate
02 - 3/4 cup skinny or fat-free milk
03 - 1/2 cup plain flour
04 - 1 tsp rising powder
05 - 2 tbsp cooking oil

→ Filling

06 - 1/4 cup quick Oreo pudding powder
07 - 1/2 cup chilled skinny milk

# How to Make It:

01 - Grab a small bowl and throw in the pudding powder with cold milk. Give it a good whisk till it's totally smooth without any bits. Let it sit out for about 5 minutes so it gets nice and thick.
02 - Turn your oven to 350°F. Take four 4-oz cups and spray them with baking spray that's got flour in it, or just grease them up, dust with flour, and tap out what's extra.
03 - Take a big bowl and dump in your chopped chocolate and milk. Pop it in the microwave for 1 minute with a paper towel on top. Stir it around, then zap it another minute. Keep stirring till it's all smooth. You can also do this in a bowl over hot water on the stove if you want.
04 - Pour your melty chocolate mix in with all the other cake stuff. Whisk everything till your batter looks nice and smooth.
05 - Pour half the batter into your cups. Drop 2 tbsp of that Oreo pudding right in the middle of each one. Cover it all up with the rest of your batter so the pudding's hidden inside. Fill the cups about 2/3 or 3/4 full.
06 - Stick your cups on a baking sheet and cook for 17-18 minutes or till the tops just feel set when you touch them.
07 - Take them out of the oven. Run a little spatula around the edges to loosen them up. Put a plate on top of each cup and flip it over fast. Eat them right away.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Make sure you coat those cups really well or your cakes will stick.
02 - Don't wait to eat these or the gooey center will harden up.
