Cheddar Ranch Pasta (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb diced chicken breast
02 - 1 lb sliced smoked sausage
03 - 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
04 - 4 cups chicken broth
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
08 - 1 small diced onion
09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2 tbsp olive oil
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - Chopped parsley (for garnish if you want)

# How to Make It:

01 - Warm up the olive oil in a big pot on medium heat. Toss in your diced chicken and sliced sausage, letting them cook until chicken turns golden, around 5-7 minutes. Add your diced onion and minced garlic, and cook them together for another 2-3 minutes until they're soft.
02 - Add your broth, cream, ranch mix, and pasta into the pot. Let it come to a boil, then turn down the heat. Cover it and let everything bubble gently for 10-12 minutes. Stir now and then until your pasta gets soft.
03 - Take the pot off the heat and stir in all your shredded cheddar until it's melty and smooth.
04 - Give it a taste and add salt and pepper if you need to. Sprinkle some parsley on top if you like and serve it while it's hot.
