Mint Oreo No-Bake Treat (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Crust

01 - 2 Oreo chocolate cookie pie bases

→ Filling

02 - 24 Mint Oreos or Thin Mints cookies from Girl Scouts, split up
03 - 3 packs softened cream cheese (8 oz each)
04 - 1 tin condensed milk with sugar (14 oz)
05 - 5 drops green coloring for food
06 - 1 teaspoon mint flavoring
07 - 12 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), defrosted, divided

→ Topping

08 - 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
09 - 5 tablespoons thick cream for whipping

# How to Make It:

01 - Smash the mint Oreos into rough chunks inside a plastic bag and put them aside.
02 - Whip the cream cheese with the condensed milk in a big bowl for around 3 minutes till it's light and smooth. Mix in the green coloring and mint flavoring.
03 - Gently mix in the defrosted whipped topping and broken mint cookies. Split the mixture down the middle and pour into your cookie crusts.
04 - Put chocolate chips and thick cream in a bowl safe for microwave. Heat in 30-second bursts, giving it a stir each time until everything's melted. Let it sit for 5 minutes to cool down.
05 - Pour the chocolate mix over both cheesecakes and smooth it out.
06 - Keep the cheesecakes cold in your fridge for at least 3 hours but better overnight before you dig in.

# Additional Tips:

01 - This makes two whole pies - great for parties or save one in the freezer for later.
02 - Don't want store crusts? You can make your own chocolate cookie bases instead.
03 - Want to freeze these? Wrap them tight in plastic, add foil on top, and they'll keep up to 3 months. Just move to the fridge a day before eating.
