Minty Chex Mix (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 1/2 cups diced Andes Mints
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
03 - 6 cups Chex cereal
04 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

06 - 1/4 cup green candy melts

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine the Andes Mints and butter in a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 1 minute then stir until mostly blended. Keep microwaving in 15-second bursts, mixing well each time, until you've got a totally smooth mixture.
02 - Dump the Chex cereal into a big mixing bowl.
03 - Drizzle the melted chocolate mix over your Chex and stir it all together until every piece gets coated.
04 - Put your chocolate-covered cereal into a large zip bag. Toss in the powdered sugar and shake it up until everything's nicely covered.
05 - Empty everything onto a baking sheet and flatten it out.
06 - Scatter the chopped Andes Mints all over. Melt your green candy according to what the package says and then drizzle it across everything with a spoon. Let it harden before you dig in.
