Combine the Andes Mints and butter in a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 1 minute then stir until mostly blended. Keep microwaving in 15-second bursts, mixing well each time, until you've got a totally smooth mixture.

Dump the Chex cereal into a big mixing bowl.

Drizzle the melted chocolate mix over your Chex and stir it all together until every piece gets coated.

Put your chocolate-covered cereal into a large zip bag. Toss in the powdered sugar and shake it up until everything's nicely covered.

Empty everything onto a baking sheet and flatten it out.

Scatter the chopped Andes Mints all over. Melt your green candy according to what the package says and then drizzle it across everything with a spoon. Let it harden before you dig in.
