Savory Pork Roast Low Carb (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 2 lb pork loin roast
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
08 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Grab a small bowl and stir together the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, minced garlic, and all your dried herbs with the salt and pepper until smooth.
02 - Toss your pork into a big ziplock bag or flat container. Pour your flavor mix all over it, making sure it's totally covered. Zip it up or put a lid on it and stick it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but leaving it overnight works even better.
03 - Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up.
04 - Take the pork out of its marinade bath and put it in your roasting pan. Just throw away whatever marinade is left.
05 - Stick the pork in your hot oven and let it cook for about 45-60 minutes. You'll know it's done when the inside hits 145°F (63°C).
06 - Pull it out and don't cut it right away. Let it sit for 10 minutes first, then slice it up and dig in!

# Additional Tips:

01 - Soaking the meat overnight really amps up the taste.
02 - Try adding a splash of balsamic or some red pepper flakes to change up the flavor.
