02 - 1/2 cup diced onions
03 - 1/2 cup diced green peppers
04 - 1 cup chopped mushrooms
05 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
06 - 1 pound ground beef or turkey meat
07 - 1/2 teaspoon herbs from Italy
08 - Salt and black pepper as needed
09 - 1 cup sugar-free tomato sauce
10 - 1 ½ cups grated mozzarella
11 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
12 - 1/4 teaspoon spicy red pepper bits (if you want)
13 - Chopped fresh basil or parsley for topping

# How to Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C) and grab 2–3 small oven-safe dishes.
02 - Pour oil in a big pan over medium flame. Toss in peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Cook them for 4–5 minutes till soft. Add garlic and stir for another minute.
03 - Move veggies to the side and drop in your beef or turkey. Add herbs, salt, and pepper. Break it up while cooking till it's all brown. Pour off any extra fat.
04 - Pour tomato sauce into the pan and let everything bubble together for 2–3 minutes.
05 - Scoop the meat mix evenly into your small dishes. Cover with mozzarella, then sprinkle Parmesan and spicy pepper bits on top if you like them.
06 - Put dishes on a flat tray and slide into the oven for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and gets bubbly with some golden spots.
07 - Pull from oven, wait a moment, then scatter fresh herbs on top. Eat while it's hot!
