Cheesy Bacon Potato Dip (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dairy and Produce

01 - 16 oz cream cheese, left out until soft
02 - 1 cup sour cream

→ Vegetables

03 - 6 green onions, chopped thin

→ Cheese

04 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

→ Meat

05 - ¾ cup bacon, cooked crispy and broken up

# How to Make It:

01 - Grab a bowl and mix your softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.
02 - Fold in 5 chopped green onions, 1 cup of grated cheddar, and ½ cup of crispy bacon bits. Mix everything well.
03 - Put the mixture into a deep pie dish or any baking container around 1-2 quarts. Make sure your dish works in the microwave or oven depending on how you'll heat it.
04 - Scatter the leftover cheddar cheese on top of your mixture.
05 - For microwave cooking, wrap with plastic and nuke for 5 minutes. If using the oven, bake it uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes.
06 - Sprinkle the rest of your bacon bits and green onions on top. Grab some chips and dig in while it's hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can enjoy this dip warm or chilled. For the cold version, just mix it all up and stick it in the fridge for up to a day before serving. Don't leave it sitting out for more than 2 hours though.
