Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Skin and cube the potatoes into tiny chunks.

Dice the onion and crush the garlic cloves.

Put olive oil in a big pan and warm it on medium heat.

Toss in diced onion and crushed garlic, cook until they smell good.

Throw in ground beef, add salt, black pepper, thyme, and paprika.

Keep cooking until beef turns brown with no pink spots.

Add beef broth, mix well and let it bubble for a bit.

Take the pan off the heat.

In a bowl, mix the beef stuff with the potato cubes.

Gently mix in sour cream and half the cheese.
