02 - 1 tsp garlic
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

→ Crab Stuffing

04 - 1 pound fully cooked lump crab meat
05 - ¼ tsp paprika
06 - ½ tsp onion powder
07 - ½ cup mayonnaise, with extra on standby
08 - 1 tbsp mustard
09 - ½ sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Lemon Butter

11 - 1 tsp lemon juice
12 - 2 tbsp melted butter

# How to Make It:

01 - Whip up the biscuit mix following box instructions and put it aside.
02 - Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C) and coat two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
03 - Grab a bowl and mix the cooked crab meat with paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayo, and smashed crackers. Stir it all up well, adding more mayo if it's too dry.
04 - Sprinkle some flour on your hands. Grab a bit of biscuit dough, flatten it out, and shape it into a little cup.
05 - Drop some crab mix in the middle of your dough cup. Top it with a bit more dough and pinch it closed. Keep going until you've used all the dough.
06 - Pop your filled biscuits into the greased muffin tins. Bake them for about 12 to 15 minutes.
07 - Mix the butter and lemon juice together. Paint this mix on your hot biscuits before you serve them.
