Seafood Cheese Puffs (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 can (8 oz) croissant roll pastry
02 - 1/2 cup crab chunks (tinned, raw, or mock)
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
04 - 1/4 cup grated cheddar
05 - 1 tbsp mayo
06 - 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
07 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon squeeze
08 - 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
09 - 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
10 - Chopped parsley to top (if you want)

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put some parchment on your cookie sheet or give it a light coating of oil.
02 - Open up the croissant pastry and pull apart each triangle piece.
03 - Grab a bowl and throw in your crab, cream cheese, cheddar, mayo, brown mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper. Stir it all together until it's smooth.
04 - Drop a big spoonful of crab mix on the fat end of each triangle. Roll them up from the wide part to the pointy tip, pinching the sides closed as you go.
05 - Put your stuffed croissants on the cookie sheet with room between them.
06 - Stick them in the oven for 12-15 minutes until they turn nice and golden with crispy edges.
07 - Pull them out and let them sit for a bit. Sprinkle some parsley on top if you like, and serve them while they're still warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Toss in some ricotta or shredded mozzarella if you want the filling extra gooey.
02 - You can switch out crab for small shrimp bits or leftover chicken too.
03 - For more zing, add extra mustard or a few drops of hot sauce in your mix.
