02 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
03 - 1/4 teaspoon powder for baking
04 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted)
06 - 1 cup white sugar
07 - 2 big eggs
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor

→ Mix-ins

09 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semisweet)

→ Cheesecake Filling

10 - 1/2 cup soft cream cheese
11 - 1/4 cup sugar dust
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest (skip if you want)

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn oven dial to 350°F (175°C). Cover your baking sheet with some parchment.
02 - Grab a bowl and stir flour, cocoa, powder for baking, and salt together. In another bowl, mix your melted butter and white sugar till they're combined. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Slowly add your dry stuff just until mixed. Last, toss in those chocolate chips.
03 - Take another bowl and mix cream cheese with sugar dust and lemon zest until it's smooth and fluffy.
04 - Dump about 2/3 of your brownie mix into your lined pan and spread it flat. Spoon your cream cheese mix on top in little blobs, making a thin layer. Drop or drizzle the rest of your brownie mix on top. Grab a knife or toothpick and swirl everything around a bit to get that marble look.
05 - Stick it in your hot oven for about 20-25 minutes. You'll know it's done when the edges look set but the middle's still a bit soft. Take it out and let the whole thing cool down on a wire rack.
06 - After it's totally cool, grab the parchment edges to pull everything out. Put it on a cutting board and cut into little squares or rectangles.
