Garlicky Cheese Chicken Folds (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Filling

01 - 2 big chicken breasts, chopped into chunks
02 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic seasoning
04 - 1 teaspoon dried onion mix
05 - 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
06 - Salt, as needed
07 - Fresh ground pepper, as needed

→ Wraps and Garnish

08 - 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
09 - 1/2 cup shredded white mozzarella
10 - 4 large soft tortillas
11 - 1/2 cup smooth garlic dip (bought or made at home)
12 - Chopped fresh parsley leaves (if you want, for topping)

# How to Make It:

01 - Mix your diced chicken in a big bowl with the cooking oil and all the spices until each piece gets coated nicely with the flavor mix.
02 - Put a non-stick pan on medium heat. Toss in your flavored chicken bits and stir now and then for about 6-8 minutes until they're fully done and golden. Take them off the heat when finished.
03 - Put some garlic dip on each tortilla. Drop some cooked chicken on top and throw a good handful of both cheeses over everything.
04 - Fold your tortillas around the stuffing to make wraps. Put them back in the pan for 2-3 minutes each side until the cheese gets all gooey and the outside turns crispy golden.
05 - Cut each wrap in half, add some parsley on top if you'd like, and eat while they're hot.
