Spicy Chicken with Veggies (Printable Version)

01 - 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless without skin
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - tiny bit of salt
07 - 4 big flour tortillas
08 - 1/2 cup Ranch or Blue cheese dressing
09 - 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
10 - 1/2 cup shredded carrot
11 - 1/2 avocado, cut into slices
12 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut chicken breasts into skinny, long strips. Mix olive oil, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Toss the chicken strips in this mix and let sit for at least 10 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
02 - Heat up a big non-stick pan over medium-high heat and toss in the chicken strips. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes until they're fully cooked through.
03 - Lay out your tortillas and smear a thin coating of Ranch or Blue cheese dressing on each one.
04 - Put some cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, shredded carrot, and chopped lettuce on each tortilla. Place a few chicken strips right in the middle.
05 - Roll everything up burrito-style, nice and tight. Eat them right away with extra hot sauce or dressing on the side if you want. They're really good!
