Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C). Coat a 9x13-inch dish with cooking spray or butter.

Put your sausage in a pan over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Get rid of any extra fat.

Put the frozen potatoes on the bottom of your greased dish. Scatter cooked sausage on top.

Stir the gravy powder and milk together in a bowl until it's lump-free. Pour this all over the meat and potatoes.

Toss the grated cheddar all over the top layer.

Chop each biscuit into four pieces and arrange them across the whole top of your dish.

Stick the dish in your hot oven for about 25-30 minutes until the biscuits turn golden brown. Let it sit for 5 minutes before you dig in.
