01 - 1 (16 oz) container of flaky buttermilk canned biscuits
02 - 1 lb ground pork breakfast sausage
03 - 3 cups frozen shredded potatoes
04 - 1 packet (2.75 oz) sausage flavored gravy powder
05 - 2 cups milk
06 - 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C). Coat a 9x13-inch dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - Put your sausage in a pan over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Get rid of any extra fat.
03 - Put the frozen potatoes on the bottom of your greased dish. Scatter cooked sausage on top.
04 - Stir the gravy powder and milk together in a bowl until it's lump-free. Pour this all over the meat and potatoes.
05 - Toss the grated cheddar all over the top layer.
06 - Chop each biscuit into four pieces and arrange them across the whole top of your dish.
07 - Stick the dish in your hot oven for about 25-30 minutes until the biscuits turn golden brown. Let it sit for 5 minutes before you dig in.
