Homemade Belgian Waffles (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups regular flour
02 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon table salt
05 - 1 ½ cups fresh milk
06 - 2 large eggs, beaten
07 - ⅓ cup butter or oil, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# How to Make It:

01 - Warm up your waffle maker first. While it's heating, you can get your batter ready.
02 - Take a big bowl and stir the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
03 - In another bowl, beat the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Don't worry if the butter forms small lumps when it hits cold ingredients. Just make sure everything's mixed well.
04 - Add the wet stuff to your dry ingredients and stir until barely mixed. Don't stir too much.
05 - Put some butter, oil, or spray on your waffle iron. Spoon batter onto it (amount will depend on your machine). Let cook until they're crispy and golden, then do the same with leftover batter.
06 - Top with maple syrup or whatever you like on waffles.
