Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking tray with olive oil or cooking spray.

Put the diced salmon, breadcrumbs, whisked egg, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Stir everything together thoroughly.

Roll the salmon mix into small, tablespoon-sized balls and put them on your greased tray. Add a light drizzle of olive oil and bake for 12-15 mins until they're firm and hit 145°F (63°C) inside.

Mix the avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender until you get a smooth, creamy mix.

Put the hot salmon balls on a plate and top with the creamy avocado sauce. Add extra parsley on top if you want.
