# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 soft flour tortilla (8-inch size)
02 - 2 bacon slices, cooked and diced, split in two portions
03 - 2 eggs, large size
04 - 1/3 cup grated cheddar, split in two portions
05 - Salt for flavor
06 - Pepper for flavor
07 - 1 teaspoon butter if needed

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Beat well and put aside.
02 - Heat up an 8 or 10-inch pan with butter or non-stick spray over gentle heat. Pour in your egg mix and let it cover the whole pan bottom. Wait until the edges look firm but the middle stays a bit runny.
03 - Scatter half your bacon bits and cheese across the egg surface. Top with your tortilla, pressing down lightly so everything sticks together.
04 - Now flip everything over so the tortilla sits on the pan. Add the rest of your bacon and cheese on top of the eggs. Fold your tortilla in half and cook both sides until they're golden and all cheese melts. Take it off the heat.
