# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a spacious pan over medium flame and fry your diced bacon till it's crunchy. Take it out with a draining spoon and put it on paper towels. Keep about 1 tablespoon of the bacon fat in your pan.
02 - Using the same pan, throw in your minced beef and cook till it's no longer pink, crumbling it as you go. Toss in the chopped onion and garlic. Let them cook together for 2-3 minutes until onions get soft. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Let it bubble for another minute. Get rid of extra fat if there's too much.
03 - Turn down the heat and mix in your drained tomatoes with green chilies and whipping cream. Add your cubed processed cheese and grated cheddar. Keep stirring until everything melts into a smooth mix. If it seems too thick, pour in milk a bit at a time until you get the right runny texture.
04 - Stir half the crispy bacon into your cheese mixture. Pour everything into a serving bowl or just keep it warm in the pan. Sprinkle the leftover bacon on top, along with chopped pickles, green onions, and sesame seeds if you want.
05 - Share your warm cheesy dip with corn chips, savory biscuits, or fresh veggies. Dig into this tasty, gooey treat!

# Additional Tips:

01 - Plan ahead: You can make this dip two days early and store it in the fridge. When ready to eat, warm it slowly on the stove or in a crockpot, adding a splash of milk to make it smooth again.
02 - Make it your own: Throw in some chopped jalapeños for kick or add a spoonful of sour cream to make it extra creamy.
03 - Meat-free version: Swap the beef and bacon for veggie-friendly options.
