# How to Make It:

01 - Toss the shredded hash browns with bacon pieces, grated cheese, and whisked eggs in a big bowl until everything's well mixed.
02 - Shake a bit of salt and pepper over the bowl contents.
03 - Turn your waffle iron to medium-high and let it get hot.
04 - Give the waffle iron a good spray with cooking spray.
05 - Scoop about 1 cup of potato mix onto the waffle iron and spread it all around.
06 - Shut the lid and wait 6-8 minutes until it's golden and crunchy. Then take it out.
07 - Keep going with the same steps until you've used all the potato mixture.
