01 -
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up.
02 -
Remove apple skins and slice them into skinny fry shapes, roughly 1/4 inch wide.
03 -
Mix the apple slices with lemon juice in a bowl to stop them turning brown.
04 -
Combine flour, white sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
05 -
Grab small batches of apple slices and roll them in the dry mix until covered.
06 -
Tap off extra coating and set the dusted apple slices aside on a plate.
07 -
Give the air fryer basket a light spray with oil to make sure nothing sticks.
08 -
Put the coated apple pieces in one layer in your air fryer. Cook them for about 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway, until they're golden and crunchy. Watch them carefully since cooking time changes depending on how thick your slices are.
09 -
Mix together caramel sauce, soft cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until it's smooth and creamy.
10 -
When apple fries are done, put them on a plate. Serve them hot with the sweet dip on the side.
